19.12.08 Ribbon cutting ceremony for the AriSLA seat, Research Agency for Amiotrofic Lateral Sclerosis

Milan, 18 December 2008 – Today was inaugurated in Milan the AriSLA seat, the agency created to offer ALS patients increased hopes of cure and improved quality of life.

The Agency was inaugurated by Mario Sala, Councillor of the Lombardy Region, Antonio Spanevello, Health Commissioner of the Maugeri Foundation and the representatives of the four founding entities of AriSLA: Carlo Mango and Francesco Pierrotti of Cariplo Foundation, the chairman of Aisla onlus, Mario Melazzini, the general co-director Angelo Maramai of Telethon Foundation and Massimo Mauro founder, together with Gianluca Vialli and Cristina Grande Stevens, of the homonymous Vialli and Mauro Foundation for Research and Sport Onlus.
